DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. January 22, 2025.
2. Zone Change & Preliminary Plat
A. CONDOR HEIGHTS ZONE CHANGE AND SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-R to R-1-15 with a Development Agreement to accommodate a Preliminary Plat for a residential development with five proposed lots located at 713 South 3400 East.
3. Final Plat
A. RIVER RUN PLAT G. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 38 townhomes and 20 condominium units as part of a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 253 East Volunteer Drive.
B. MELLOR AT SPANISH FORK. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 13 single-family residential lots as a Master Planned Development located at 2350 East 400 North.
4. Zone Change
A. RECEPTION CENTER ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-1-6 to C-2 to accommodate the operation of a reception event center at 710 East Center Street.
5. Concept Review
A. SCHRIEVER PROPERTY CONCEPT.
B. WILLIAMS TOWNHOMES CONCEPT.
6. Discussion
A. CANYON CREEK PKWY/400 EAST (COSTCO) IMPROVEMENTS.
