- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT OR AMEND AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF LOGAN LOGAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2025 5:30 PM MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY HALL 290 NORTH 100 WEST LOGAN, UTAH At the public hearing, the public and affected entities are invited to provide information and comment on the proposed impact fee ordinance adopting impact fees for Wastewater. In addition, written information and comments may be submitted to: Logan Municipal Council 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah 84321 Email: teresa.harris@loganutah.gov The proposed impact fee ordinance is available for review at the Logan City Library or on-line at www.loganutah.gov.
