PUBLIC NOTICE
The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows:

a) Proposed Amendments to Chapter 2 Grantsville Land Use and Management Code.
b) Proposed Amendments to the Presidents Park PUD located at approximately 600 E. Nygreen St.
c) Proposed General Plan and Future Land use amendment for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a RR-1 designation to a Mixed-use density.
d) Proposed Rezone for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a PUD designation to a MU designation
