- PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC HEARING a) Proposed Amendments to Chapter 2 Grantsville Land Use and Management Code. b) Proposed Amendments to the Presidents Park PUD located at approximately 600 E. Nygreen St. c) Proposed General Plan and Future Land use amendment for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a RR-1 designation to a Mixed-use density. d) Proposed Rezone for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a PUD designation to a MU designation AGENDA 1. Consideration of the proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 2 (Definitions). 2. Discussion of the Proposed Future Land use amendment for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a RR-1 designation to a Mixed-use density. 3. Discussion of the proposed amendment to the PUD for Presidents Park located at approximately 600 E. Nygreen St. and Washington Ave. 4. Discussion of the proposed Rezone for Grantsville Springs located at approximately 880 N Old Lincoln Hwy. 5. Approval of minutes from the November 7, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 6. Approval of minutes from the December 5, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 7. Report from Zoning Administrator 8. Open Forum for Planning Commissioners. 9. Report from City Council. 10. Adjourn.
