Motion to open public hearing to receive public comments on the final budget 2025.
Motion to close the public hearing.
Discuss/Adopt the 2025 Final Budget.

Discuss the State Park Access Road funding application for Millsite, Goblin Valley, and Huntington North Roads.
Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects.
Discuss/approve/ submit a letter to the commission requesting the use of undistributed mineral lease money on tree removal projects on County Roads.
Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board.
Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of mineral lease funds.

For Oct., in the gross amount of $121,168.21 less the Carbon shift of $11,149.00 for a net amount of $110,019.21to be distributed as follows:
After EEMSSD's 5% of $5,500.96, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $104,518.25

Fire SSD - 16% $ 16,722.92
CVSSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225K
Rec SSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225k
