PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Re-Preliminary Plat
A. SUNSET VILLAGE AMENDMENT. This proposal involves approving an Amended Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned development with 44 Multi-family lots to be located at approximately 900 North 200 West.
3. Preliminary Plat
A. RUSH FUNPLEX SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves approval of a Preliminary Plat that would allow for the development of an indoor recreational facility located at 391 South 1550 West.
4. Zone Change
A. RUSH FUNPLEX ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-R to C-2 to allow for the development of a indoor recreational facility located at 521 South 1550 West.
