PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, on the second floor, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:15 p.m., and the Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on November 6, 2024.

4. Conditional Use Permit (Public Hearing)
A. AT&T AT HUNTER'S CROSSING (2024). This proposal involves modifying a previously approved Conditional Use Permit for a cell tower located at 2025 East Canyon Road.
5. Zone Change (Public Hearing)
A. GOODWIN ACRES ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the current zoning from R-1-15 to R-1-15 with the Master Planned Development Overlay for a property located at 2976 East 100 South.
6. Preliminary Plat. (Public Hearing)
A. GOODWIN ACRES PLAT A. This proposal involves the approval of a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development to allow for the development of 14 single-family lots to be located at 2976 East 100 South.

A. NIELSEN PROPERTY INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves the approval of a Preliminary Plat that would allow for the development of an industrial subdivision to be located at approximately 1150 West 3800 North.
8. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing)
A. I-1 INDOOR PICKLEBALL COURTS. This proposal involves a request to amend the city's code to allow indoor pickleball courts as a permitted use in the I-1 Light Industrial zone.
