e) Request to approve the purchase orders:
1. PO#4860- VLCM for ProSupport Plus 4HR/MC Hardware Support in the amount of $15,372.71
2. PO#4861-Alt Architecture for the remodel of the Case Management Area and the PHBH Clinic Area, in the amount of $61,579.00.

1. Event Lease Agreement between Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Weber Human Services.
This Agreement is made by and between The Ogden Eccles Center 'Center' and Weber Human Services 'Lessee'. Whereas the Center has space within the Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Peery's Egyptian Theater for lease and Whereas, Weber County provides catering services within the Center for Lessee's upon demand; and Whereas, the Lessee and the Center have negotiated the terms of this Agreement and the terms are mutually beneficial to both, in the amount of $24,971.90+.
