- Agenda Board of Directors Meeting Weber Human Services 3rd floor, Board of Directors Room Commencing at 8:00 A.M. October 18, 2024. 1. Public Comments: 2. Consent Calendar: a) Welcome b) Request for approval of minutes for meeting held on September 20, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. c) Request for the approval of check register dated September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, including voided checks 0000132616, 0000133593, 0000133783, 0000134345, 0000134515, 0000134604, 0000134727 and 0000134826 in the amount of $1,945,366.09. d) Credit Card Purchases for August 2024. e) Request to approve the purchase orders: 1. PO#4860- VLCM for ProSupport Plus 4HR/MC Hardware Support in the amount of $15,372.71 2. PO#4861-Alt Architecture for the remodel of the Case Management Area and the PHBH Clinic Area, in the amount of $61,579.00. 3. Action Items a) Request to approve the Agreement as presented. 1. Event Lease Agreement between Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Weber Human Services. This Agreement is made by and between The Ogden Eccles Center 'Center' and Weber Human Services 'Lessee'. Whereas the Center has space within the Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Peery's Egyptian Theater for lease and Whereas, Weber County provides catering services within the Center for Lessee's upon demand; and Whereas, the Lessee and the Center have negotiated the terms of this Agreement and the terms are mutually beneficial to both, in the amount of $24,971.90+. 4.
