1. Public Hearing: Design Development Review: Upgrades to the hotel at 792 Zion Park Blvd, including new outdoor lighting, trellis, and

2. Public Hearing: Development Agreement: Review and possible approval of a Development Agreement between the Town of Springdale and
Bean, Cotting, Munson, LLC, memorializing the terms of a zone change to the Workforce Housing Overlay Zone on parcel number S-161-8.
