NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WOOD RANCH PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MONDAY, JULY 29, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 11:00 am.

1. Consider approval of the Meeting Minutes from May 22nd, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-02: A resolution of the board of trustees of
Wood Ranch Public Infrastructure District to approve the execution of a First
Amendment to the Assessment Ordinance to amend Section 1 to include a definition
of 'End User' and to amend Section 7(a) of the Assessment Ordinance to require that
a portion of Assessments be prepaid for parcels on or before the time of conveyance of
such parcel to an End User in the District's Assessment Ordinance dated as of April
24, 2024.
2. Consider approval of the Engagement agreement for Municipal Advisory Services,
limited to providing a bond pricing certificate, between the District and Zions Public
Finance and authorize the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of the Engagement agreement with D.A. Davidson and
authorize the District Chair to sign.
4. Consider approval of both MSA and SOW agreement with CLA for Accounting
Services for 2024.
5. Consider dates to hold a public hearing to take comment on the final adopted
budget for 2024 and posting notice.
