NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
EPHRAIM CITY
The EPHRAIM CITY is proposing to increase its property
tax revenue.
- The EPHRAIM CITY tax on a $424,000 residence would
increase from $229.4 7 to $250.22, which is $20. 75 per
year.
- The EPHRAIM CITY tax on a $424,000 business would
increase from $417.22 to $454.95, which is $37.73 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, EPHRAIM CITY
would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by
9.45% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue
excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
