Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 1:00 PM.

1. Approve the minutes of Board meetings held on February 21, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider ratification of the engagement letter with LRB and authorize the Chair to sign.
2. Consider approval of Resolution R24 -2024. A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Olympia Public Infrastructure District No. 1 and Herriman City Council approving an Interlocal Agreement and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider ratification of the engagement letter with CLA for accounting services.
4. Consider approval of the tentative amended 2024 budget, to account for
new bond issuances and associated increase in property tax rate to 4 mills (0.0040 per
dollar), the maximum mill levy authorized in the District's Governing Document.
5. Consider accepting the Second Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
