NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL AND RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 19, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on April 22, 2024.
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the Second Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
2. Consider adoption of an Amended calendar for Board meetings in 2024.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business.
