a. Consideration of a General Plan Amendment to modify the Future Land Use Map
and the future designation of approximately 28 acres of land, on the west corner
of 2700 North and US Highway 89, from General Commercial to Mixed Use. (City

b. Consideration of a General Plan Amendment to modify the Future Land Use Map
and the future designation of approximately 9 acres of land, on the west side of
US Highway 89 and near 4500 north, from Employment/Business Park to High
Density Residential. (City Administrator, Amy Mabey)
