ORANGEVILLE CITY City Council REGULAR MEETING Thursday, June 13, 2024 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Hearing on June 13,2024 at 6:00 p.m. and it's regular meeting on June 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing A. Approve Resolution 2024-7- A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2023-2024 GENERAL FUND BUDGET. B. Approve Resolution 2024-8- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2024-2024 GENERAL FUND BUDGET, UTILITY BUDGET, MUNICIPLE BUILDING AUTHORITY BUDGET, CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AND PERPETUAL CARE FOR ORANGEVILLE CITY. C. Approve Resolution 2024-9- A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2024-2025 CERTIFIED TAX RATE for Orangeville city. D. Present Fraud Risk Assessment 3. Close Public Hearing and Open Regular Session REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Welcome Kari Alton as our new Council Member 5. Approval of Bills and Warrants 6. Approval of May's Special Meeting and Regular Session Minutes 7. Public Comments (3min) 8. Jentri Price- Report on Girls State 9. Approve refund of $25.00 to Sandy Curtis for vendor booth. 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny- Travis Richards- Discuss IWORQ 11. Appoint a Mayor Pro-Tem. 12. Approve the Council to be additional signers on the City's Bank Account and remove Recorder as a signer on the bank accounts to be in Compliance and have the separation of duties in the office. 13. Approve Resolution 2024-6, A RESOLUTION AMENDING TO REDACT ORANGEVILLE CITY POLICY 3.5.1, VOLUNTEER ORDERED COMMUNITY SERVICE. 14. Discuss/Approve/Deny- Memorandum of Understanding Between Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District and Fire Departments of Cities and Towns in Emery County. 15. Discuss/Approve/Deny- Road Maintenance Interlocal Agreement between Orangeville City and Emery County. 16. Staff Reports 17. Council Reports 18. Mayors Report 19.
