Overhaul to Swamp Coolers - Deep Clean and maintenance
Had a motor go out on one of the swamp coolers during the rodeo. Two on order (Replacement & Shelf) $687.50 each
Installation of combo locks at the Score Keepers building and the Pavilion Concession.
Crews have been mostly focused on general maintenance upkeep, event prep & event clean up (lots of manure!).

North roll up door has been installed
Sound Room Needs: Air Conditioning, sound system is over heating
Main Arena Wall Projects - East wall for banners, NE wall American Flags & Local Special Services, SE wall County Flag 4H FFA, NW wall Rodeo mural, SW wall RR4W mural, N Mezz. Brand mural.
Installation of gates at ballfield road
Donation of pallet racking from The Synergy Company to The Grand County Fair - Will be re-organizing our storage shed for The County Fair.

Outdoor Arena - Maintenance and construction upgrade stage 1 of 3 (1 arena, 2 roping boxes & steer run, 3 Cover over arena, lights, bleachers, announcer's booth, wind breaks, and bucking chutes) Greg & Angie need to discuss 'Growing Pains' Need to source funding, out growing current set-up. Need more pens for rough stock, holding pen for broncs, additional pens at main arena.

Local Consent for The Moab Brewery on the 6/18/24 County Commission Meeting for approval
Discussion on remaining of Grand County Fair budget and the direction of the funds.
Recommend a motion to cancel July 9, 2024 OSTA Advisory meeting due to staff scheduling with the fair.
