NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK DESERT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on June 10, 2024.

1. Public hearing to take public input on the proposed amendment to the District Budget for Calendar Year 2024, approved as a tentative amendment on June 10, 2024.
E. Action Items
1. Consider approval of a final amendment to the District's 2024 budget, to account for new bond issuances and associated increase in property tax rate to 10 mills (0.010 per dollar), the maximum mill levy authorized in the District's Governing Document.
