PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE - Amend current Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget
Presenter: Brandon C. Nelson, CPA, Finance Director Whereas the Orem City Council has held a public hearing on revising the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget and deems the revisions appropriate to accommodate new revenues and expenses, the City Council of Orem amends and approves the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget as shown in Exhibit A.

PUBLIC HEARING - Enterprise Fund Transfers Budgeted for FY 2024-2025

No action needs to be taken on this item other than comments made during the public hearing being considered when approving the City's FY 2024-2025 budget.

PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE - Local Government Officers Compensation
Presenter: Brandon C. Nelson, CPA, Finance Director The City Council of Orem approves and adopts an ordinance enacting compensation increases for specific City officers as shown in Exhibit A.

PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE - Adopt City of Orem Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget
Presenter: Brandon C. Nelson, CPA, Finance Director The City Council of Orem approves and adopts the Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, adopting the Compensation Programs, adopting Fees and Charges, setting the Property Tax, Franchise Tax, Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax, Telecommunications License Tax, Transient Room Tax, and E-911 Fee Rates.
