PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly
scheduled Library Board meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council
Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT.

3.1. Revisions of BYLAWS
Add bi-monthly meetings to the bylaws. Board member rotation in January of another
year beginning January 2025. The city attorney has revised the bylaws. Policy and
procedures will encompass what was originally approved of by the Library Board.
