- Page 1 of 2; May 15, 2024, Library Board Agenda NOTICE OF A REGULAR LIBRARY BOARD MEETING May 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of April 16th, 2024 Library Board Meeting Minutes 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. Revisions of BYLAWS Add bi-monthly meetings to the bylaws. Board member rotation in January of another year beginning January 2025. The city attorney has revised the bylaws. Policy and procedures will encompass what was originally approved of by the Library Board. 3.2. State Certification Brief instruction on state certification 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 4.1. Vineyard City Days 5. WORK SESSION 5.1. Board Member Apparel Library Board T-shirts for apparel at City Events 5.2. Status of Finances Status of Finances 501(c)3 By Christine Jeffs 5.3. City Council Presentation Presentation to the City Council on our vision for the Vineyard City Library Page 2 of 2; May 15, 2024, Library Board Agenda - Date - Content - Board Members willing to help 5.4. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The Public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
