NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SIENNA HILLS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 8, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

C. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 13, 2023.
2. Approve any outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
D. Action Items
1. Review financial statements for the First Quarter 2024 with CLA.
E. Discussion Items from Board Members
