APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY AND i) UTAH COUNTY, ii) UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREAS 6, 7, 8, AND 9, iii) NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND iv) CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, FOR THE DIVERSION OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA
