- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 9 WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah April 24, 2024 - 2:00 P.M. *When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* Or you may watch the meeting live on YouTube under the heading UTAH COUNTY GOVERNMENT or by going to the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkRYDnXVDLGv9792bhWn9Wg/videos AGENDA 1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE DECEMBER 6, 2023 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREA 9. - Alice Black/Clerk 2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY AND i) UTAH COUNTY, ii) UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREAS 6, 7, 8, AND 9, iii) NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND iv) CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, FOR THE DIVERSION OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA -Ezra Nair/Commission PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at 801-851-8215.
