GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on the following:
1. Rezoning Multiple properties from R&C (Resident/Commercial) to CC (General Commercial)
(Map available in City Office)
2. A code amendment creating standards for 'Cottage Developments' which would allow for tiny homes and lots in a condominium or multi-family development pattern.
In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the Gunnison City offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
