a. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 24-10 requiring the conveyance of adequate water for new development within Fillmore City.
b. Discuss and possible action regarding Fillmore City Industrial Park
c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-05, amending the President Millard Fillmore Library materials selection policy to include sections addressing gifted or donated items and objections to material added.
d. Discuss and possibly approve agreement between Fillmore City and the American Legion for purchase of the American Legion building located at 80 South Main Street in Fillmore.
