Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report c. Jenna Draper - Utah Inland Port Authority - Presentation on Economic development in rural Utah OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 24-10 enacting policy that will require an application of water interests and adequate water supply and a review of that application to ensure the adequacy of water supply, water source, water source capacity, and water storage, for current residents and new development in the City and its service area. b. Discuss and possible action regarding Fillmore City Industrial Park c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-05, amending the President Millard Fillmore Library materials selection policy to include sections addressing gifted or donated items and objections to material added.
