2. Consider a request from Lone Cedar to create subphases in their development.
3. Consider Resolution 2024-05 A resolution adopting the Hyde Park City Transportation Plan
4. Consider Ordinance 2024-13 An Ordinance updating the land use table.
5. Presentation and consideration of the cost, benefits, and process to closing the Hyde Park City / North Logan Justice Court
6. Consider Resolution 2024-07 - A resolution amending the Procurement Policy to increase the amount of expenditures the city administrator and department heads can authorize.
