Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Short-Term Projects Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, April 15, 2024, beginning at approximately 10:00 A.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: Cottonwood Heights City Hall located at 2277 Bengal Blvd. in Cottonwood Heights, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Short-Term Projects Committee scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2024; beginning at 10:00 A.M. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.
The minutes of this meeting will be approved through the following process: The public body's secretary promptly will circulate a draft copy of the minutes to the public body's members, who then will have three business days to provide any proposed corrections to the secretary. The secretary will then circulate a revised draft of the minutes to the members, and the same review process will continue until such time as no corrections to the draft minutes are received within the three business days review period, whereupon that draft of the minutes will be deemed approved and will become the final minutes of the meeting.
Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments.

1. Chair Mike Weichers will open the public meeting as Chair of the Short-Term Projects Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission.
10:05 A.M. Short-Term Project Finalist Proposals Review
1. The Committee will review the pool of finalist project proposals and make recommendations for funding.
12:30 P. M. Closing
1. Chair Weichers will call for a motion to adjourn the Short-Term Projects Committee meeting.

At or before 10:00 A.M. on April 12, 2024, the undersigned hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was:
1. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63A-16-601;
2. Posted at the meeting's anchor location at 2277 Benval Blvd. Cottonwood Heights, UT;
3. Posted at the office of the governing body of each member entity of the CWC; and
4. Provided to the Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent.
The audio recording and transcript of the meeting will be posted for public review. Commissioners will/may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
