Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Session on February 7, 2024.
Discuss and motion to send the Zone map amendment for the Airpark Zone to the Town Council. Amendments to Code and Map Title 10. Section 10.7.20.
Discuss the Concept Plan drawing of Hape Properties, LLC.
Review and Edit the Battery Storage Ordinance.
Motion to Recommend to Town Council Adding Battery Storage as an Allowed Use in the Light Industrial East Zone.
Motion to approve the Preliminary Plat for Blue Skies.
Open Public Meeting Act Training - Recorder Stephanie Shelley.
If time allows, review the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance. Motion to Send to Town Council with Recommendation for Adoption.
