1. TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 31, 2024 UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY PUBLIC MEETING
2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A SURVEY AREA FOR THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A DRAFT COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ALL NECESSARY ACTION BY THE AGENCY, STAFF, AND COUNSEL
