Public comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board. TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 31, 2024 UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY PUBLIC MEETING 2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A SURVEY AREA FOR THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A DRAFT COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ALL NECESSARY ACTION BY THE AGENCY, STAFF, AND COUNSEL PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at 801-851-8215. Handicap parking is available as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
