Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:30 am.

C. Preliminary Action Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meetings held on February 7, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024 -04. A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Olympia Public Infrastructure District No. 1 approving the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Herriman and the District and consider authorizing the District chair to sign.
E. Adjourn
