Purpose: Public Hearing for proposed zone text ordinance amendments to Pleasant View Municipal Code Chapter 18.10 of the RE-20 Residential Zone modifying setbacks of agricultural buildings, which include livestock or poultry:

Current Standard: Agricultural buildings must be located at least 100 feet from a public street and at least 25 feet from any lot line.

Proposed Standard: Agricultural buildings must be located at least 50 feet from a dwelling.
