Conditional Use Permit - Verizon / Troy Benson, 125 S 200 E, by Lewiston Elementary School on Lewiston City property. Unmanned communications facility consisting of antennas mounted to a new monopole with outdoor equipment and generator. Tax I.D. 09-024-0008.
