- LEWISTON CITY 29 SOUTH MAIN STREET Planning and Zoning Meeting Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks 2. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. 3. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from: November 1, 2023. 4. Business - Action Items Conditional Use Permit - DLMAC LLC / Danny Macfarlane, Lewiston Business Park, Lot 302, Tax I.D. 09-006-0302. Self-Storage Facility. Conditional Use Permit - Verizon / Troy Benson, 125 S 200 E, by Lewiston Elementary School on Lewiston City property. Unmanned communications facility consisting of antennas mounted to a new monopole with outdoor equipment and generator. Tax I.D. 09-024-0008. Building Permit (Addition) - Shelly Spackman, 223 N Main, Tax I.D. 09-012-0005. Pool house attached to existing shop. 5.
