PUBLIC HEARING
The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

2. Discussion of amended CUP for OSO BLU LLC to add a small house that will be approximately 640 square feet located at 786 S Spruce Dr. Melissa Spuhler
3. Discussion of ordinances:
#23-24 - An Ordinance updating building regulations
#23-27 - An Ordinance updating the building permit ordinance
#23-29 - An Ordinance updating roadway, cul-de-sac definition
#23-30 - An Ordinance updating computation of off-street parking spaces
