NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MEDICAL SCHOOL CAMPUS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 17, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 A.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on October 27th 2023
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023 (if needed), and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
2. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review district financial statements, prepared by CLA.
