NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on November 9, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed item:

Allison Aafedt, representing SkyRidge Golf Academy Inc., requests a Final Site Plan approval for the SkyRidge Golf Academy consisting of a public pro-shop, golf simulators, caf , bar, and sales office, and a clubhouse building with a pool, fitness studio, yoga room, and a lounge area located at 1441 W SkyRidge Drive in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA).
