NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY AT SAND HOLLOW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 24, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 1:30 PM.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on April 26, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and setting a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review most recent quarterly financial statements, prepared by CLA.
