NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JEPSON CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 16, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 A.M.

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on May 09, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).

1. Review most recent quarterly financial statements, prepared by CLA.
2. Discuss dates for budget meetings in November and December 2023.
