NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 16, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 11:30 A.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on May 26, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider formal appointment of trustees to the offices of Chair, Vice-chair/Treasurer, and Clerk/Secretary.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-03C, A resolution of the Board of Trustees approving the annexation of approximately 1.887 acres to the District boundaries, following receipt of petition for annexation signed by property owners; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Discuss dates for budget meetings in November and December 2023.
