NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023
at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Amended Site Plan - Request by Matt Smith of Walmart Stores Inc. for a Service Building/Fuel Station on the Walmart premises at approximately 2228 W 1700 S in the GC (General Commercial) zone.
Subdivision Amendment - An application submitted by Trent Williams for an amendment to RC's Parkwest Phase 1, affecting approximately 0.773 acre at approximately 1735 W 2770 S in the PRD (Planned Residential Development) zone.
General Plan Amendment - A proposal by Brad Frost for a General Plan Map amendment at approximately 2425 W 2700 S involving approximately 23.5 acres, changing the General Plan Map designation from low density residential to medium density residential.
Zoning Amendment - Request by Brad Frost for a zoning amendment at approximately 2425 W 2700 S on approximately 23.5 acres of land, currently zoned R-3 (Residential) and A-1 (Agriculture). The proposed zoning is PRD (Planned Residential Development).
Zoning Amendment - Request by Ian Cahoon of CW Urban for a rezone of property currently zoned R-1 (Residential) located at approximately 322 S 2000 W and containing approximately 7 acres. The proposed zone designation is GC (General Commercial).
