3.1 PLAT AMENDMENT - Approving the final plat for Central Park West and the
conversion to office condominiums plat for Central Park East Condominiums
located generally at 1875 South State Street in the C2 zone.
3.2 PLAT AMENDMENT - Vacating Florence Village Condominiums Phase 1,
Florence Village Condominiums Phase 2, and Florence Village Condominiums
Phase 3; and approving the final plats for Milano 5 Apartments, Milano 6
Apartments, and Milano 7 Apartments located generally at 920 West 1055 North
in the R8 zone
3.3 SITE PLAN - Approving the amended site plan for the Jackson C-Store Addition
located at 1308 West University Parkway in the C2 zone.
3.4 PUBLIC HEARING - TEXT AMENDMENT - Amending Article 22-2-1
Definitions and Appendix A of the Orem City Code by enacting Standard Land
Use Code 7313 - Agritainment as a permitted use in the OS5/ROS zone.
4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL
4.1 Review and approve minutes from the September 20, 2023 meeting.
