Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission's Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, September 18th, 2023, beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m. and ending at approximately 4:30 p.m., at 41 North Rio Grande Street, Ste. 102, Salt Lake City, UT. A virtual option is also available. The public may register for the virtual meeting option at the following link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, 18 September 2023; beginning at 3:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

3:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will call the meeting to order and welcome committee members and public.
2. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will call for a motion to approve the minutes from 7/27 meeting.
3. Staff Announcements
a. Samantha Kilpack has been hired as the Director of Operations and Mia McNeil has been hired as the Community Engagement Coordinator.
b. The Youth Council application is open now through September 28th.
3:35 P.M. Stakeholders Council Update
1. Executive/Budget/Audit Committee ex-officio members, and Stakeholders Council leadership, John Knoblock and Carl Fisher will provide an update on the activities of the Stakeholders Council for the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee.
a. Stakeholders Council leadership will discuss what they intend to present to the Board on October 2nd with the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee.
3:45 P.M. Discussion of Scheduled Sandy City Council Presentation
1. CWC staff and Chair Robinson are planning to present to Sandy City Council on September 26th.
a. The Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will discuss the goals of that presentation, and who from the Board will accompany staff.
4:00 P.M. Discussion of a Potential Budget Amendment
1. CWC staff will present the current and approved 2023/2024 Budget for the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee to review and discuss the possible need for a budget amendment.
4:10 P.M. 2023 CWC Board Retreat Scheduling
1. CWC staff will present two proposed dates for a December Annual Board Retreat for Committee consideration.
4:15 P.M. October Board Meeting Agenda Review
1. CWC staff will present the draft October Board meeting agenda for Committee review and consideration.
4:25 P.M. Public Comment
4:30 P.M. Closing
1. Chair Robinson will call for a motion to adjourn the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting.
