NOTICE OF DISQUALIFICATION FROM PROVO CITY'S 2023 PRIMARY ELECTION
We regret to inform you that Ari Emmanuel Webb has been disqualified from participating in the 2023 Municipal Election for Provo City. This disqualification stems from Mr. Webb's failure to submit a mandatory financial disclosure report, a fundamental requirement for all candidates seeking elected office.
The financial disclosure report is a crucial component of the election process, designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and fairness. By not providing the necessary financial information, Mr. Webb has violated the established rules and regulations governing this election. As a result, any votes cast for Mr. Webb will not be counted.
