9. SCHEDULED ITEMS
9.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Amend City of Orem FY 2022-2023 Adopted Budget
Presenter: Brandon C Nelson, Finance Director
The City Council held a public hearing to discuss amending the current Fiscal Year
2022-2023 Budget and, by ordinance, amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget as
shown in Exhibit A.
9.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Amending Article 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City
of Orem by rezoning portions of the property located generally at 883 North State
Street to either the C2 zone or C3 zone and amending Appendix A of the Orem
City Code to make Standard Land Use Code 1283 Transitional Treatment Homes a
permitted use in the C3 zone.
