NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DOWNTOWN EAST STREETCAR SEWER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 19, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 2:00 P.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on March 13, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider retaining Haynie & Company for provision of auditing services to the District, and authorize the Chair to sign multi-year engagement letter.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review district financial statements for EOY 2022.
