Variance - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a variance for property located at 2501 East Provo Canyon Road to Section 10-5-1 by allowing a septic tank system to be installed and not require the new structure to connect to the City's sanitary sewer system.

Review and approve the minutes from the June 22, 2022 meeting.
