- CITY OF OREM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah May 24, 2023 This meeting may be held electronically to allow a Board Member to participate. 5:30 PM PRE-MEETING 6:00 PM REGULAR SESSION - CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 6:00 PM SCHEDULED ITEM 3.1 Variance - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a variance for property located at 2501 East Provo Canyon Road to Section 10-5-1 by allowing a septic tank system to be installed and not require the new structure to connect to the City's sanitary sewer system. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve the minutes from the June 22, 2022 meeting. 5. ADJOURN 5.1 The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28, 2023. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETINGS.
